This program is being offered for a limited time. It is designed for coaching in 30 minute increments 2 times a week for 4 weeks. It is great for people trying to stay on track for a desired achievement, but struggle with procrastination, overwhelm, and the many other things that get in the way of success for someone with ADHD.
Please note, while ideally the sessions are 2 times weekly, this is not a requirement. The total of eight sessions must be used within 8 weeks of the initial session.
