This program is group coaching on how to better manage time and tasks. This learning and coaching program is supported by scientific research and has been used for over 10 years to help ADHD teens, college students, and adults organize their time.
The program consists of six 90-minute sessions. The participants will finish the course with a solid plan of action on how to organize day-to-day tasks, break down projects into pieces that can be done over a period of time (no more night-before science projects!), and to keep track of where their time is going.
